Every newcomer is welcomed with a complimentary 30 minute consultation to ask questions, take a gym tour, and learn exactly what to expect when training at OPEX.

Our personalized assessment is (3) 60 minute, one-on-one sessions that include:

  • Body Composition Analysis + In-depth Consultation

  • Strength Testing

  • Movement Screening + Aerobic Capacity Test.

We establish personalized fitness programs to help you achieve and sustain your health and fitness goals. With a unique prescription based on your own personal body composition, you’ll address your strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances to align with your daily lifestyle. You’ll workout smarter, not harder, with our customized fitness plan. We provide daily coaching, monthly assessments, new program design, as well as practical nutrition and lifestyle tips to help you live a fuller, happier life.

This program will enable you to:

  • Evolve your training regimen as you reach milestone goals

  • Stay accountable and motivated to improve your personal wellness

  • Workout from anywhere with the remote training app

Personal Training can be lonely, but we know it’s effective. At OPEX, you gain access to all of the benefits of working 1v1 with a coach, but in a motivating, tight-knit community setting where like-minded individuals push their own boundaries, together.

Although you'll have your own individualized workout regimen that aligns with your personal goals established by your personal trainer, you get to crush your workouts on the daily alongside other members on the floor who are just as eager to transform as you are. Accountability and inspiration have massive impact, and with the OPEX community, you don't have to go it alone.


1-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

More comfortable with traditional 1-on-1 personal training? No sweat, we have that option available to you as well.

You’ll go through the same upfront procedure with an initial consultation, detailed assessment process and then into a personalized program design.

You’ll then schedule and execute your workouts with your personal trainer in a private, 1-on-1 personal training setting so that you get the focus and attention you are looking for.

+ PRIVATE GYM IN PEMBROKE
Attending crazy busy times at a gym is not an ideal fitness environment. Our Pembroke gym is purpose built and will not have more than 8 people working out at a time. 

+ NUTRITION
You’ll get legitimate nutritional coaching. Without this your results will seriously suffer. It’s also something so many people struggle with, how can we ignore it! This is the key to fat loss and will be instrumental in any weight gain and bulking. If you want to change your body composition, this is the place to start! 

+ ACCOUNTABILITY/MOTIVATION
You’ll be assigned your personal trainer who will take care of you and your program. Behind the scenes they will keep you accountable and help guide you through it all.

+ REGULAR ASSESSMENT
We have a saying “Assess, don’t guess.” Whatever your goal is we need to measure where you’re at now and continually assess to make sure you get there. We go deep on assessment! Body Fat %, muscle mass, weight, hydration, body fat mass, strength, mobility, stability, aerobic fitness, anaerobic fitness, power, speed...the list goes on. If your goal is related to it, we’ll test it continually.

+ PROFESSIONAL COACHING
The fitness industry is hardly regulated and is full of low quality personal trainers. We spend $1,000’s each year on coach education and have 1000’s of hours experience. 

+ ATMOSPHERE & FUN
If you dread going to the gym or just find it boring, you’ll never make it part of your lifestyle. At OPEX South Shore the trainers and fellow members keep it fun.

+ MONTHLY CONSULTATIONS
Every month you’ll sit down with your personal trainer to discuss how it’s all going. We will have honest conversations about nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, etc. How can you expect to get life changing results when your lifestyle doesn’t support it? You might like the idea of “6 week abs” but what happens at week 12? You’ve put it all back on again. Don’t be fooled by the “reach your goals faster” marketing ploy. 

+ LONG-TERM PROGRAMMING
After your assessments and consultation your personal trainer will map out what the next 12 months might look for you. Then each month refine that program and plan the specifics. This style of properly periodized training program will be part of why you get the best results you’ve ever had and it will also help keep you injury free!
