Hi, I’m Chelsa! A girl from Kansas, living in a Colorado state of mind – out here doing life on the East Coast! While I love all our beaches and everything the south shore has to offer, I must admit- the Rocky Mountains and hiking to those unbeatable views will forever have my heart.

My passion for health and fitness stems from traveling the country for several years as an ER Nurse - primarily treating patients with critical illnesses. Through this, I realized how broken the healthcare system was when it came to providing individuals with the knowledge to create autonomy in their own health journey. I am a firm believer in being proactive instead of reactive, which is why I couldn’t be more passionate about helping our clients evolve to their healthiest self! Realizing the road to longevity is far from linear, I meet each client with a personalized plan that will set them up for success in their individual lifestyle, cheering them on every step of the way.

As a successful career woman, who also strives to be present for my family, I understand the challenges that come with navigating a work/life balance - all while attempting to improve or maintain your health. It can be a struggle! Working with women to provide the tools they need to be their healthiest self and feel their best is my passion. Through a holistic approach, we will tackle common issues that women typically face such as pre/post-natal pelvic floor health, exercising during pregnancy, and hormonal health.
